Physiological sigh
Two breaths in, one long sigh out. Thirty seconds to steadier.

3:00
Stop and breathe normally if you feel dizzy.
What it is
A short in-breath, a second smaller sip on top, then a long sigh out through the mouth.
It is the fastest of everything here. Three or four rounds will take the spike off a stressful moment.
How to do it
- 1Breathe in through the nose.
- 2Sip a little more air on top.
- 3Sigh it all out through the mouth, unhurried.
Before you start
- Keep it comfortable. Breath work should never feel like straining; shorten the counts before you force them.
