• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL of the material on YogaConnect you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable the material promptly and notify the person who posted it, passing on your notice. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed in error, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, the Southern District of New York) and to accept service from the complainant. We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our terms of service.

The YogaConnect name, logo, interface, written content and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or republish them beyond ordinary personal use, and you may not use them to imply endorsement.
