Refunds & cancellations
Last updated 8 September 2026
Classes, workshops, retreats and trainings are sold by independent studios and teachers. Their published cancellation policy governs your booking. Where no policy is published, the defaults below apply to payments we collect.
Classes and workshops
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the start time: full refund of what we collected.
- Cancel within 24 hours: refund at the Provider's discretion.
- No-show: no refund.
- Provider cancels or does not deliver: full refund of what we collected.
Retreats and teacher trainings
Deposits for retreats and teacher trainings are usually non-refundable because places are held and costs are committed in advance. Instalments already paid may be transferable to a later cohort at the Provider's discretion. Always read the Provider's terms before paying a deposit.
Subscriptions and memberships
Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken. We do not refund partial periods except where consumer law requires it. If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund it.
Digital content and courses
Where you buy on-demand content or a self-paced course, you agree that access begins immediately and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory cooling-off period once you start consuming it. EU and UK consumers keep the withdrawal rights that cannot be waived.
How to request a refund
Ask the Provider first through your booking. If they do not respond within 5 business days, email legal@yogaconnect.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback while it is investigated. This policy forms part of our terms of service.
These terms are provided for general information and are not legal advice. Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
