Rima Sophia is a Portland native who discovered yoga at a young age through her parents. She began teaching yoga in 2003 with extensive training under senior teachers from the Krishnamacharya lineage. She currently teaches in Portland at Wild Reed, NOW Yoga, and bodyRIOT.
