Yin Yoga: Long Holds
Floor poses held for three to five minutes to reach the connective tissue, not the muscle.

Yin is quiet, cool and surprisingly intense. Poses are held long enough that stretching stops being the point and stillness starts being the work.
This course teaches the principles, the main shapes and the props that make long holds sustainable, plus how to handle the restlessness that shows up around minute two.
