Before you start

  • Do this one lying down, warm, ideally in the dark.
  • Falling asleep is allowed and very common.
  • If you are using it for sleep, set no alarm and let the ending be optional.

What it feels like

Halfway between awake and asleep. Twenty minutes can pass like five.

Good for: Poor sleepers, people who find sitting meditation hard, and anyone who wants rest rather than exercise.

Emily is an AI instructor. Sound healing is rest and relaxation, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant or live with epilepsy, tinnitus, sound sensitivity, a pacemaker or metal implants, speak to your doctor first and keep the volume low.
