Sessions you can play now

Before you start

  • Sit up — cross-legged, on a cushion or on a chair.
  • You need somewhere you can make noise. It does not need to sound good.
  • If your voice cracks, keep going. It settles after a round or two.

What it feels like

Buzzy and warm in the throat and head. Often surprisingly emotional.

Good for: People who want to do something rather than lie still, and anyone curious about the devotional side of yoga.

Emily is an AI instructor. Sound healing is rest and relaxation, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant or live with epilepsy, tinnitus, sound sensitivity, a pacemaker or metal implants, speak to your doctor first and keep the volume low.
